You are absolutely correct that our focus now should be to convert these people outside of Punjab. They will be better and more pakke sikhs.

And people notice this. I've had a young mixed race relative talking about this, especially all the unnecessary family drama (which they believe oldies mimic from crap dramas they perpetually watch), and land/property conflicts. You're right, to many apnay this behaviour has been completely normalised and many just go on to replicate what's been modelled to them by elders. Alternatively, if they see it for what it is, they try and run a thousand miles away.

Creativity and arts? What makes you think that? 

I give our blokes one thing, in relative terms they are grafters! But when it comes to creativity and producing world quality art......I don't see what you're seeing?
