bs with it being akali v congress, the akalis could have been ones to kill him but not because he was congress, akalis and congress are literally all the same thing.

Really the politics of it is a distraction (in my opinion). In the end it's probably just about different criminal groups trying to infiltrate and use whichever political party they can get their tentacles into - to further their agendas and objectives.

I don't see what you're getting at sis?

From what I understand, it's not uncommon to have a person on the inside feeding you info on the target's movements when these things are planned and executed. These informants could be bribed, or their families threatened (sometimes kidnapped as ransom).   They might not be happy with their situation in their current 'gang' or have some resentment towards the target they are hiding.

There is enough of a trail out there now anyway. Video footage of trailing cars, film of suspects at the petrol station. No doubt Panjab police indifference and incompetence have compromised/contaminated any potential forensic evidence from the crime scene. Don't they close off crime scenes over there? Did you see the crowds around the car filming on their mobiles.......

Yeah, a few things are fishy. But Waheguru only knows what's true (of what is being said) and what's not? Like the whole  AN-94 gun thing. How comes that info came out so quickly? Where did it come from? I don't think PP are capable of doing a forensic ballistic analysis so quickly (if at all). People abroad confessing to have ordered it seems insane, but then when you look at 'indo-canadian' gangs and how they seem to routinely expose themselves with threats, and bragging about deaths openly on video and social media, maybe not?   Plus, certain people would want to take credit because they think it may enhance their 'street-cred' in some way (even if what they are saying is false).

Indian media is having a field day with a whole 'biggie-smalls' type hype, which is clearly getting a lot of views internationally. They have a vested interest to spin this out as it gives them hits and views.

I think how so much of the panth has fixated on this over the other hundred and one other socio-economic things we need to be addressing and fixing is the most scary thing of all. It's like we've become celebrity worshippers just like most of the western world.

It makes me sad, because it makes me think we'll never produce a world class statesman and leader for ourselves - like Ataturk was for the Turkish. Instead we are going down this route. But I'll keep holding on.

And good luck to you trying to make any sense of this.
