Kara in pocket?

Sangat ji, what're your views on a Surgeon / Doctor taking off their kara and putting it in their pockets? And other workplace with no jewellery/ Kara strict policy?

I used to put a sports wristband over my Kara for PE at school, that is an option.

If the workplace allows wedding band on the hand they maybe should allow Kara, unless concerns it will catch on equipment or get stuck?

I don’t know if there is any alternative for Surgeons who need to be bare below the elbow though. Maybe the Kara can be put around the neck attached to a necklace/chain?

in pocket it is still on your body, so this is still suitable.

 

or as mentioned, put a wristband over the kara to hold it.
