What Is Naam? (An Intellectualised Interpretation By Sikhri In English)

I’m pretty new to Sikhi, but I found the following videos interpreting what “Naam” is excellent and very thought provoking:-
Harinder Singh has obviously undertaken a great amount of research on the subject. I wanted to get a view from the Sangat as to whether there understanding of Naam was pretty similar to Harinder Singhs interpretation.

I read this article and was VERY disturbed. Who is this Harinder Singh? Is he starting a cult here in america? We must stop him at once... Please spread the word about the deceptive practices of the Sikh Research Institue and Harinder Singh.
