Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Yudh Gatka Tournament is the biggest event of its kind outside India which now recieves more and more visiters each and every year. Yudh 08 is now the 7th annual tournament and is the longest running tournament of its kind outside India. The tournament is gathering more and more interest from the media, organisations such as the BBC and Channel Punjab. The tournament is funded and organised by the Khalsa Panth Akhara Sevadars and no funding is taken or accepted from outside organisations, Gurdwaras or Government bodies. Yudh is organised to promote the Khalsa Martial Spirit and to celebrate the tradition of Holla Mohalla. To a sportsman it would be a tournament, to a Soldier it would be a battle but to a Warrior of the True Guru it would be an oppotuinity to test Ego, Pride and Anger! You enter to learn not just to win! This years tournament has been spiced up with more events and special competitions to satisfy the most demanding Khalsa warriors. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Sadh Sangat Ji the annual shaheedi camp organised every year in the memory of the sacrifice of the Sahibzade is here once again. It will be full of great activities for adults and the young. Such as: How to do's Sukhasan & Prakash, open discussions, Q&A, katha, vichar, kirtan, painting, dastaar tying, Sikhi films, Gatka and loads more. There will be chips, pizza, beans and plenty of other healthy alternatives! Sangat will be attending from all over UK and even Europe, so it will be a great opportunity to meet Sikhs from different backgrounds and places. We sincerely invite all the sangat to attend and take part in the seva at a real friendly, politics free Gurdwara sahib were love for seva, kirtan and katha is above all. So instead of sitting at home and adapting to a christmas holiday, come to the camp and truly feel at home and part of the Khalsa family celebrating the true sacrifice of our dear beloved Sahibzade.
