In JAPJI SAHIB PAURI 30, GURU JI CLEARLY SAYS

eaekaa maaee jugath viaaee thin chaelae paravaan |

The One Divine Mother conceived and gave birth to the three deities.

eik sansaaree eik bhanddaaree eik laaeae dheebaan |

One, the Creator of the World; One, the Sustainer; and One, the Destroyer.

jiv this bhaavai thivai chalaavai jiv hovai furamaan |

He makes things happen according to the Pleasure of His Will. Such is His Celestial Order.

ouhu vaekhai ounaa nadhar n aavai bahuthaa eaehu viddaan |

He watches over all, but none see Him. How wonderful this is!

aadhaes thisai aadhaes |

I bow to Him, I humbly bow.

aadh aneel anaadh anaahath jug jug eaeko vaes |30|

The Primal One, the Pure Light, without beginning, without end. Throughout all the ages, He is One and the Same. ||30||

according to hindu myth dere are three gods which are born from some mata (kali aur durga) but GURU JI clearly states dat everything is in WAHEGURU JIS HUKAM.

SAHIB SRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI MAHARAAJ in CHAUPAI SAHIB SAYS

mehaadhaev ko kehath sadhaa siv |nirankaar kaa cheenath nehi bhiv |6|

He continues calling Shiva as the Eternal God. But he does not know the secrets of the Formless God.

so it is clear mahesh was just a mahadev not SHIV JI (AKALPURAKH JI)

i came accross this is in a book i have, and was wandering what this means, with respect to the dating of siri sarabloh granth. i.e. as to which date the granth was made... i tried to start looking for this in sarabloh granth but i didnt reely know where to start so anyone who is more well versed (as well as those hu are not) id like to also know where this comes (i.e. what ang) in the granth, as well as the steek.. as a side thing, is there still no E-version of sarabloh maharaaj??

i know this is a hot topic for debating and the date is not actually known, but the time period when this granth was written is assumed..

As per the hukam of PANJ PIARAAS, We must bow our head before SAHIB SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI MAHARAAJ, as per GURMAT, a sikh does ARDAS before every karaj so in day to day life, whenever we take our meal we do ARDAS and Before taking up SHASTARS also. What i believe is that we should bow before only living GURU. Shastars are part of us and we should always respect them

I personally believe that the reciting of dharnas is not a sikh way of practising. moreover the only way to meet WAHEGURU JI is to recite GURBANI and do abhyaas of Gurmantar
