Hello everyone. I currently train in krav maga, and I tie a flat Jura and then wear a patka while I train. I am now thinking of getting into mma. But during the grappling part, wouldn't my patka come off? And I have a lot of hair so I can't do what Subaig Singh does. I heard that wearing ear protectors can keep my patka on. Are there any other options?
