Premier Doug Ford was in Brampton today with Education Minister Stephen Lecce to announce the provincial government’s commitment to funding to build 2 schools in Brampton. Of the two schools in Brampton, one will be named after Private Buckam Singh – a Canadian Sikh soldier that fought in WW1. The other will be named after Malala Yousafzai, a young human rights activist and Nobel Prize laureate.
