We have published two basic Punjabi apps for Windows 8 and Windows Phone that teach young children the basics of Punjabi; the alphabets, common fruit and vegetables, common animals, colors, numbers and shapes. Trying to learn more about their heritage and culture, Sikh and Punjabi children may benefit from this application; a foundation in the language is beneficial in understanding Sikhi. The phone app was published about 6 months ago and we just released the Windows 8 app. Both are free, and not driven by ads.
