    So far the only guy i kno of that plays this instrument professionally...

    I aint n expert altho i am an enthusiast haha

    Bhai Avtar Singh Ji's tabla player also plays the jori packhawaj style tabla too...

    Hi guys I was just wondering if any of you have some nice quality pics that u either got from books, or on the web of Sikhs in the 2 world wars...

    Also any pictures of inspirational sikhs who are or have done something great in our time from fields such as politics and science to sports.

    So far the ones i am concerned with are Bhai Fauja Singh (the runner), Dr Manmohan Singh, Monty Panesar, Dr Narinder Singh Kapany.

    The reason I am asking you this is because soon I need to do a presentation on the Sikh Identity for the western public and I would like to create a photo and information exhibition with people that everyone can relate to.

    So any pics or links or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    ive also heard an instrument called the tauss which was played by guru gobind singh ji. this instrument is supposedly dying out n the only person i ve heard playing it is Devinder and Mohinder Pratap singh's jatha, im really interested in looking for this instrument so if anyone has any knowledge of where i could obtain one i would be most thankful!

    hopefully theres someone out there who can help me

    i have a vcd that does not play on my dvd player, or my friends so i think it must be the vcd thats is the problem (it plays on the computer)

    is there an easy solution in which i can burn or convert this cd into a vcd?

    i would b extremely grateful if someone would help me out
