WJKK WJKF Hmmm, I've noticed In Canada that singhni's do tend to trust singhs with Dumalla's more than singhs with pagri's. I think its b/c there are alot of people who where pagri's who are not gursikh and are not very nice people. Ghol dastars are more worn by amritdhari singhs and therefore are more trustworthy. By the way, when we say "like" singhs with dumalla's what are we talking about exactly, b/c i thought you ment friendship, but looks like everyone else is talking about marraige. :S

WJKK WJKF Sangat Ji, I hear the shabad peevo pahul kande taar sung in shabads all the time, sometimes in the sangath I sing it myself but the things is I have never been able to find this shabad in Sikhi To The Max and was wondering if someone could post the translation of the shabad online or at least give me the first letters of each word incase I have been searching wrong. WJKK WJKF Sangat Ji, I just entered the working world recently at a super market and one of my duties is to collect shopping carts from outside of the store and to bring them inside. The the thing is I frequently find money left in the carts ($1) and normally I use it to buy a pop or something at break. I asked some of the other workers and they do it to. wjkk wjkf Hmmm......but what about years ago when our ancestors got married at young ages? Its only a trend thats started probably in the last 100 years to start getting married around 25 or after. My grandfather got married at 16, and my grandmother was 14! And then my mom was 18 while my dad was 20. So another question we could ask is why are we getting married so late these days. I know the topics about engagement but I think that getting engaged early may be a resurfacing trend not something new. :gg:

If by "big bosses", you mean your boss's boss, then I would be thrown out of the company for sure if I ever did that. Your boss probably wouldn't like you going over his or her head in regards to salary without talking to them first. This would likely result in bridges being burnt. What you did worked in your situation, and I am happy for you, but this surely shouldn't be considered a "guideline" on how to get a raise. It seems like a dangerous game of roulette, IMHO. A little off topic but peacemaker i clicked your link about not judging peopl but it turned out to be the one about not stealing! Why did i tell you this? Because knowing is half the battle!
