Does anyone know of any books that a non-Punjabi could use to learn how to speak? I know someone who's learnt to read Gurmukhi but they want to learn how to speak as well.

I swear by Mangat Rai Bhardwaj's "Colloquial Punjabi". Even better if you can get the cassettes, too.
