This has been an insightful topic... How would you go about exterminating this Bhausaria mindset ?

When i was in school this subject came up about Muslims marrying their cousins etc... The teacher who was a Muslim lady told me they do it so that their families become closer.

She has not grown up with values and morals that a child needs. Through her ignorance she finds what she is doing as fine. For all we know she might learn bliss from grief and knowledge from gloom.

The Sikh community needs to invest in English sermons where young people can actually learn, rather than them going to a gurdwara and learning nothing and living a life full of ritual. Many young people soon as they hit their teens have abandon gurdwareh simply because they have know relevance to them. After all whats the point in going if you do not learn nothing.

I am not an atheist it just seems as if people of todays world prefer atheism to religion, or some washed up view of religion.

All religions feel as if they are dying. The discoveries of science has left religion in the dark. Atheism is the new religion of todays world
