That kirtan actually took place in the morning, i agree everyone should download it.

i also agree that this peition is stupid, whats the point of spending so much time on pin pointing on one person.

As you may know there are many sikh members working in peel police, i will not mention the persons name becasue it violate their privacy. Your making it sound like im making my information which is the total opposite of what is happening. If you know of an investigation going on then tell the community that its going on so we know this issue is being resolved.

just a few points: - people should come jumping onto the message boards because the sangat should be made aware of whats going on. Do we not have a right to be outraged by whats going on. the only ludicrus thing here is that someone has stolen from the gurdwara and nothing has been done about it, contrary to what you may have been lead to believe because if you actually speak to people on the police force they will tell you no one has been charged and they are not looking into the matter any further. - this topic was not started to spread rumors, it was simply to inform the sangat of whats going on so they could voice their outrage to the committee, maybe coaxing them into taking some action - as well, i know people have been stealing from gurdwaras for a long time, however in this case, there have not been many golak thefts at dixie gurdwara for the past 25 years and suddenly there are numerous thefts (not just the one that you all know about) in the matter of months, if this isnt suspicious then what is it. :T: just my two cents, i dont wish to spread rumors. thats not my objective, i just hoped that the sangat could make some noise, help get the issue resolved

I think its a certain few in the committe who are the thieves and they need to taken care of, before some more things start to happen.

Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh! yeah they found one golak after bhai Jasbir singh kirtan you know how much sangat there was on Tuesday normally and then bhair sahib came there was so much. They found the golak busted open where they take out the garbage at dixie at te side, another time they smashed the golak took the bills and left the change. There have been a total of 5 golak choris who is the golak chore, the committee?????How can someone steal from Gods house ,something has to be done about this.

Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! The committee has told ppl that they caught the ppl but the police are saying that no one was caught at all. The cameras are up but not working. Which makes no sense at all you'd think the cameras would be working since they've been there for awhile. I would also like to point out that it was not stolen once but several times, once in hall 5,2,3 and four.

I recently heard about the thefts occruing at dixie gurdwara. I think the sangat should know about the golik beinging stolen. It was not stolen once but several times within a short period of time. A lot of the sangat does not know about this and im sure if they did they would take some action. The golik was never stolen before but recently it was stolen several times, the sangat should be questioning the committe as to how the money could have gotten stolen so many times, and why the money was not counted after the programs. I think this is a very important issue that all sangat should be informed of since it is our money that is being stolen, the money we put in the golik thinking it would be going towards the gurdwara but instead its going into the pocket of thieves.
