  1. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Well said Bijla Singh. People like this are just trying to start trouble and do not have the courage to expose their trueselves. BUT if he continues to insult SantJi in clearly untruthful and vulgar ways then by all means shut his mouth. Also, if he continues I suggest sending a request to the Admin at Sikhpal.com to have his user deleted. But at the same time we must make sure that none of the youth are being influenced by comments from such paapi people. So post messages that leave not even a word of his uncontradicted. My Two Cents Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
  2. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Im sorry if I seemed to forward with it, its just that I've had AWSOME results with doing what I have so I thougth that if I hyped it up others could benefit. Again, im sorry. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
  3. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! You'll notice that I suggested that you should run because it covers your cardio. But if you wanna stay fit you should work your WHOLE buddy. Read my post over. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
  4. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! Heres a Pic of the Schwinn Comp BowFlex(It can hold up to 210 lbs of resistance). Hope it helps. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
  5. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh! If you're willing to put in some money my suggestion is to by the Schwinn Comp BowFlex home gym. It has exercises for each muscle group. I suggest working out on it three times a week; Mondays(Triceps and Chest), Wednesdays(Biceps and Back) and Fridays(Legs and Shoulders. Its a good investment because you can work out at home instead of having to drive out to gyms. Also, it doesn't cost TOO much either at around $700 which is an awsome deal for something which has 60 exercises. Before exercising you take about a 20 mintute jog around the house to get your heart right up. Then you come on and stretch ALL muscles to avoid any strains or possible injuries for about 15 minutes. Do the workout. Then after every day of working out do like 100-200 situps because you can work your abdomen every workout session(just don't over exert). Make sure you don't have a meal big or small and hour before and after your workout. As for the general diet moorakh mugadh has already covered it. Also between workout session days I like to go for jogs at school tracks, on the sidewalk or at a park. THE BEST time of day to jog is in the morning in my opinion. The air is nice and cool and its good for your respitory system. Most people think that the BowFlex is some joke that people just try to hype up for nothing but I've only been using it for 2 months and I see results. So if its in your budget I HIGHLY suggest it. Remember this is JUST my opinion. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa! Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!
  6. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! I agree with Karen Kaur. But instead of going to London Drugs I suggest you go to Staples instead. Because there you can get a better deal. For example one person I knew had an awsome picture of Sant Kartar Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale. He wanted a poster of it so he gave a copy of the pic to London Drugs and first they blew it up (made it larger) then he asked for it to be laminated so that it would last longer. I've seen it and it looks amazing!! Make sure when you send it to them its with the highest possible resolution. This will give you a better result when it is enlarged. Also, when you have one made be sure not to use thump tacks or anything that would pierce the picture becuase it can ruin the lamination job. Instead using tape or something sticky to put on the back of it. I'm sure you'll get a good end result with either London Drugs or Staples. Hope I was of help Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! 7. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! I was pleased to see how much effort the United Sikhs organization is willing to put into this award. It is truly commendable that US has decided to start this and continue doing so annually. Personally I had the PRIVILEGE of having known the THREE GURSIKHS which passed away. So though it is not in my place to be doing so but I appreciate when the Sikh Community does not forget the lives of these three inspiring. I hope that the WHOLE Sikh community can be informed about the lives that they lived because regardless of differences we ALL have something to learn from these three amazing GurSikhs. Also, I agree with bsbk123 in saying that if it is not to difficult to do so two awards should be presented to Sevadars from both genders. An idea I had was that one would be named the Parminder Singh & Charanjit Singh Memorial Award and the other the Rena Kaur Memorial Award to fully honour them. I hope that in this message I have not affended anybody in any way. If I have I ask for your forgiveness Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
  8. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! For some general reference to one of the Sun's awsome articles check out the Post titled Sikhs Provide the Multitudes with Food for Thought in the NEWS | SPORTS | JOKES | LINKS section ( also name of article in the Sun) Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
  9. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa!! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! I have read the Sun and the affiliated paper the Province. On having read these two papers I have noticed that to a certain extent the facts are not always correct and accurate BUT I'm impressed to see that they show a decent amount of regard toward the SIKH community. For example, recently we had to deal with the passing of the THREE GURSIKHS who I personally knew. I was happy to see that the Sun and Province had front page articles on the event the next day. Though some of the facts were slightly off, you can not expect perfection. Nonetheless they still were very imformative for those who did not know of the events which occurred. Also the Sun had an article recently in the OBSERVER section which was about a bunch of SINGHS that went to Spain for an international Religions Conference. It was basically about how people there were impressed at the aspect of Guru Ka Langar. It was nice to see what people had to say about it. So basically I think that the Sun is a decent Newspaper for Sikh Youth as long as they don't have but also BAD. I hope that in this message I have not affended anybody in any way. If I have I ask for your forgiveness Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa!! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
