  1. yea but real rappin can b done without da B Lines. it can even b in english, but i fink it will open path up 2 alot of ppl.

its lik sayin if u was a white person n some1 told u abot sikhi r u more likely 2 tak more of an interest if path was da way it is now (nothin wrong with it dnt get me wrong) or if it was in english.

ino in way its bad coz its lik changin 2 b more appealin, but in ma local area i c sikhi disappearin. most of my sikh m8s dnt even no wat sikhi is, n cnt undastand punjabi. n alot of sikh girl r converting into otha religions (muslims).

mayb at times change lik this is good.

  2. i dnt no but i fink it hard 2 do simran, but i do it at times.

da thing is i fink need 2 to undastand sumthing b4 i can really believe in it. thats y i fink is discussion group may b da best way as i get told alot of stories ( ino u shouldnt call dem stories) n i find it easier 2 learn in that way.

but thanks 4 ya replys guys :D

  3. i am part of a sikh youth group we meet on a wednesday evenin 2 discuss any issue dat may affect as or that we want 2 talk abot.

whoeva i feel dat we r being lectured at n feel dat many people in the group feel like der r not able 2 speak openly.

this does not really affect me because i find it very easy 2 talk 2 people who i dnt really no.

but i have at times felt that i am looked down on by other members of the group because i have not took amrit. i dnt class my self on the same level as them howeva i go they because i want 2 take the first step towards learning abot sikhi and abot the past. i have been told u shut up countless times by members of the group.

i do enjoy goin 2 these meetings however i feel that im being jugded. mayb im jus being paro. the majority of the group have not took amrit, and i feel lik they is a divide. i dnt undastand coz me n some of the others r der because we want 2 learn and mayb in the future we may decide we r ready 2 take amrit. but i fink that it is pushin me away from sikhi rather than closer.

    wats your views guys?????
