i never heard of Bhai Gyan singh. Can sangat share their thoughts on him?

And in the article it says Bhai Ranjit singh went face on face with sant jarnail singh bhindranwale regarding the missing of Bhai Gyan Singh Ji

Any thoughts would be helpful?

i wanted to ask that recently i come to know that killing of DIG Atwal was one of the reason of attack on Harminder Sahib. 

According to sant jarnail singh ji

“The Sikhs do not believe in violence. The murder of Avtar Singh Atwal was the result of a pre-planned move to sabotage the Dharam Yudh Morcha. It was designed to pave way for entering into the Golden Temple. The incident deserves to be condemned absolutely. It was a deep conspiracy hatched by the government to denigrate the sanctity of the Golden Temple and malign the Morcha launched by the Akali leaders”

According to 1984 tribute

"On 25th April 1983, the civil clothed police officers waiting around the Parikarma and waited for Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale to come, so they can take commando action on him. DIG Atwal was also in civil clothes ordering his officers on this operation. Bhai Labh Singh said, "Sant Ji, we must teach these Sikh traitors a lesson, by punishing DIG Atwal, the whole enemies will get the message that we do not tolerate betrayal to the Sikh panth".

Bhai Labh Singh pointed DIG Atwal out to Bhai Major Singh Nagoke and now it was in the hands of Bhai Major Singh Nagoke to punish this enemy of the panth. As DIG Atwal went to the shoe house to his boots on, Bhai Major Singh Nagoke shot him and sent him to hell. The civil clothed police officers quickly ran away from their positions and out of Sri Darbar Sahib. Bhai Major Singh Nagoke shouted Jaikaray of "Bole So Nihal Sat Sri Akaal" and fled the scene. The following article was written in the book, Tully & Jacob Page 97"

So what is true? Can anybody clarify whether DIG atwal was killed by government or Major singh Nagoke?

i am from amritsar. its a big disappointment that there are only few direct flights going there. it doesnt seem like international but domestic

Try to bring more people personally with you everytime you visit and tell them briefly about the practices being practised in gurudwaras.

There are plenty of amritdhari girls in panjab - have you asked them all?

From my experience, there are not but few. Sikh boys are more in numbers as Amritdhaaris in Punjab. The father of girls in Punjab fear that they cant find appropriate boy to marry their girls. If they find some amritdhaari boy then they dont have much lands and government jobs. So this is the trend in punjab.

And also Dowry problem is still serious in punjab.

But Few Gursikhs are still living in Punjab who value gurmat maryada.

Regarding the topic materialism is everywhere but it should be in limit. But reality is that materialism has become everything for some people

What MARYADA you are referring to ? the one accepted & adopted by Akaal Takhat , or some else , followed by one from many sects ?

I am starting this thread to seek your help in creating a list of those people who are against Gurmat maryada of sikh panth and unity. For examples ppl against Sri dasam granth, etc. i hope u get what i mean. The purpose of this thread is to only create awareness among sikh community to understand what is the truth and lies supported by genuine proofs.

I know some people like Sarabjit Dhunda, ghagga, jachak, professor darshan, If you have any links with their pictures with more detailed information about their lies. please share also.

jassi jasraj is only speaker and raising sikh voice, but still doing good job than other singers these days

indian media is only against sikhs who raise their voice for justice and independence.

There are several. I managed to convert them to mp3 and put them on my iPod. He even has a 30 minute katha in Hindi on Sri Dasam Granth Sahib jee for Hindu youngsters. Please run a search on YouTube. This Giani jee is a true lion of the Panth.

giani sher singh ji is awesome kathavachak. i was wondering if anyone have more videos of their kathas. i would really appreciate it if somebody could upload them

I remember sant jarnail singh jee showing a copy of a original version to some mahapurkh that didnt agree with the singhs being in darbaar sahib, sant jee told them that its written that this is meant to happen, if you want to change it then you take responsibility for the future and we will leave sri darbar sahib jee, or something like that.

where we can see the original one?
