  1. Amla smells nice when youve washed it out of your kesh, it should only be in your hair for an hour before you wash.

ONly an hour? really? I keep on overnight...

    GuruManeyoGranth, ur so desi!

I wish there was an oil that smelt good, I can't stand cocunut or almond. Jasmine is alr8 thoough. Johnson's gives white hairs. Does anyone use Bio oil on their kesh? It smells so nice but I'm worried it may not be suitable...

  2. Check this video out:

good to see that the camp ethos hasn't changed from previous years when it was all about "bhangra and love" :wubc: instead of being about "sikhi and gurmat" grin.gif

bruuuaaaaaaaaaah!! chakk de phatteyyy!!! ........ oops.. i mean vahigurooooooo blush.gif

"bhangra is fun"... i mean "sikhi is fun" rolleyes.gif

  3. April 1 is Nagar Kirtan starts 11am from Havelock Road (the palki actually goes from Park Ave to Havelock Rd to receive Guru Maharaj).

lol! u missed the changes about where the rehnsbhai is going to be! Location for the Rehnsbhai and Amrit Sanchaar has moved to Cross Roads, Coventry.

Btw, Nishan Sahib seva is on March 31st @ Havelock Road!

  4. I think you should avoid things which say that they have been produced in factories which handle egg etc. Those of us who don't eat meat, eggs, etc shouldn't eat things that have been mixed with such ingredients. Afterall, they are telling us that there is possibilty there is egg in the product.

Also, by not buying the product, it should hopefully mean that the manufacterer will soon have to produce in a way that avoids "contamination". The whole "produced in a factory that handles..." gets on my nerves, just a cop out from producers to avoid them getting sued. Someone with nut allergy can hardly eat anything nowdays! united.gif
