i've done a bit a thai boxing aint bad.... although even tho many people dnt like/repect/consider even Nihang Niddar Singh to be a sikh..... the shastarvidiya that he teaches is full on wikid....plus its keeping a SIKH martial tradition so that the younger gen dnt go n learn of the chineese. or thai boxing, aint sayin there is ne thing wrong with the arts but...
