  1. Is there a typo on the poster??

It says Giani Jee will be doing Kathaa at 11pm on Sunday 26th May; should this be maybe 11am???

    Please could somebody confirm??

    Thanks

Yeh, it seems to be 11am.

This 'Ghuman Designs' guy is a right clown, he messed up the Gurbani Jaap poster too lol...

  2. Im a sehajdhari and would love to be a part of that show. Sadly when you see only keshdhari youth people like myself seem to turn off as we cant relate

You have just said you would love to be a part of the show... Why don't you actually get in touch and you can be a part of the show?

Sorry if I sound crude, but it hurts when people say negative words about a programme that is excellent.

Message them and tell them you want to be on the show...

  3. "Gadar Di Goonj" ਗ਼ਦਰ ਦੀ ਗੂੰਜ - Roar of Rebellion

Sikhs in the West. This album is for those who believe tyranny must

always be fought, it is for those who believe that all men and women

deserve a life of dignity, it is for those who subscribe to the words of

Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale ... “Physical death I do not

fear, death of the conscious is a true death.”

Going to straight to the point, I've seen far too many times that the UK Sikh TV channels (Sangat and Sikh Channel), are doing live of the same event at the same time? Why?

Isn't that costing the both channels?

Isn't it the Sikh Sangats money being wasted as these channels are being run on our money...

The whole point we're paying for 2 channels, so they're better programmes and more programmes - switch over to one - same programme as the other... What are the channels playing at?

Im going to send this link to sangat tv and sikh channel - so please share your input whether if this is a good idea or a totally waste of the sangats money...

Come on channels - sort this childish behaviour out...

(For people who aren't aware of this - for example, Smagam - sikh channel and sangat both doing live at the same time - people at home have no choice of what to watch)

  5. Reply we got from the email

We ran your concern past the main guy at Dharam Seva Kaka
mohanwalia and he ordered us to stop all design work destroy all old
work and cut our losses and re-do the logo with a spear. Sikhi is his
life and he will always do whatever it takes to hold utmost
satkaar. mistake was of the design dept who didnt think it would be a
problem but thanks to your email we can recitify this. It wasnt going
to be printed but just in case we aint taking the risk.

    Thanks

    G#### Singh

We would like to thank Dharam Seva Records for responding to our concern.

Request to all to support Dharam Seva Records!

  6. Though so as well, I read an interview with KPS Gill where he said Ak-47 didn't come into Punjab until after 86 or 87 he said I think. Before that it was mostly older rifles looted from armories as police in india are limited to .308s from brit times no?

I notice in older photos it is rifles or shotguns.

That doesn't seem so true, look at the pic I've attached.

In the presence of Jathedar Sant Jee, an AK47. ;)

  7. Had Shaeed Gen. Shahbheg Singh not fortified Harminder Sahib, it wouldnt have gone the distance.

Gen. Shahbheg Singh knew how the army would work, Gen. Shahbheg Singh's area in the Pak war was Gurriliar war fare, and he was a master of it. He had the experince and the knowledge.

    I agree, bhai sahib :)

  8. if cameras were around in 84 like they are today there would have been no end of documentation of Blue Star.

Bra and co scum though they are do Give Singhs alot of credit, had Saheed Gen. Shahbeg Singh not given the training or not bee around Blue Star would have been fiinished in one day.

I highly doubt that would be the case... Totally respect to General Shahbeg Singh, but Sant Giani Jarnail Singh Jee played an immense role.

Their words were enough to power a Singh to kill 100s of army soldiers.

  9. Whose that on the left, style of bagh is very different to that of the Singhs fighting in Harminder Sahibh at the battle.

Bra- Bru did say people from Pakistan came over to fight asgaint the indian army could the person there be one ?

It could be a Singh who isn't from Damdami Taksal.

There were many Sikhs who tied their paggs like that, it's a Panjabi thing.
