    i remember tis cult once came 2 ur local gurdwara som 2 years bck. he did katha on shabad " mootee taan mandir uapjehn". at end of his katha, he started doing parchar of his dera n himself. :e: v 3-4 singhs caught him .v left him aftr he apologized in :@ sangat.

    aftr tat, he has nt com 2 ur gurdwara. :wub: :cool:

    Well Kandola veerji ,let me correct you,its Nanak Jhira Sahib Gurdawra you are talking about not Nanak Tirath.

    I have been to Nanak Jhira Sahib recently and even before .It is located near Hazoor Sahib.As for the foot prints there.The actual place from where the spring of water is continuously flowing since Guru Ji touched a part of earth there,is not visible and is behind a small enclosure.So the foot prints made of marble near the place where water gets collected first ,the one which is visible to sangat,is in my opinion only symbolic one and not actual.It jut signifies that Guruji has touched a part of earth near that place with His feet.and that is how he got drinking water coming from that place.

    I am not sure about the gurdwara in Nepal,but it might be same case with this gurdwara.

    Yes i can also back up harminder veerjis statement... its Nanak Jhira (i pronounced it Chira) Sahib, about a 5 hour drive from Sri Hazoor Sahib. I think about 200 or so km or miles ? Correct me if im wrong.. i just

    went last summer, and believe me dat road to that gurdwraa is da most Ruffest road in all of INDIA!!! We had one hell of a ride! But it all came out good!

    The taxi driver owner who took us there... only drinks the water from Nanak Jhira... as it is very sweet, and pure. Everyone around the area also bring big bottles to fill up. Its a great site, and a great big sarovar where that water comes into, and we can bathe in it.

    About guru jis feet. All i can say i do not believe anythin else except Sri Panja Sahib, where its actual guru jis hands, this may be just one of us making a model. WHy ? Well its India, maybe for money. Well if im wrong.. bhul chuk maph, but after all dis just makes more of a idol worship at da end, as many will just worship it, and guru nanak dev ji stopped this.

    as harminder virji told ,da footprints those r visible made wit marble r nt da original one's. actual footprints r inside room frm where da water comes( told by a gurudwara sewadar 2 me).

    An Adelaide hotel owner wishes to meet and offer an apology to a Riverland Sikh man after he was told to remove his turban while visiting the hotel's dining room.

    The Riverland Sikh Society secretary, Saroop Singh Johal, says he was embarrassed and humiliated by the incident.

    The Cross Keys Hotel licensee, Peter Condon, was not present last month when Mr Johal was asked to remove his turban by the hotel's manager.

    Mr Johal lodged a complaint with the South Australian Equal Opportunities Commission.

    Mr Condon issued a statement apologising for the incident saying the hotel's policy of headdress is based on security in the vicinity of the gaming room.

    However Mr Condon said he recognises it may be appropriate to make exceptions in cases of religious or cultural significance.

    Mr Condon says it is most regrettable an exception was not made in Mr Johal's case

    saturday aftrnoon , i came 2 knw about accident. i met rena penji on msn for 5-6 times. she was realy a chardikala wale penji. i remembered da 1st day i spoke 2 her.

    i was totaly depresed tat day. penji told me 2 do ardas 2 guru jee n also she promised 2 do ardas 2 guru jee for me. ^_^^_^

    ^_^ rochak virji said true. it all hapens wit his kirpa. there r many quotes in dhan sri guru granth sahib jee where its clear tat wen guru jee il shower his blesings on person, his life everyting il be changed.
