Sadh Sangat Ji I wanted to point out one thing that is that we must keep in mind after all the movie is made in India, However the Delhi riots scenes is very impressive meaning realist if u want to get a good idea about the Delhi riots also it time for someone out there with the resources to bring the true story of there events f 1984 out to the world...after all next year is going to be the 20 anniversary of OP Blue Star...What are your veiws on this movie and what way do you look at it Author: "Charanjit Singh T.O"... I went to see this movie, to see how Bollywood portrayed the Sikhs, I came out of the movie not impressed at all. There are some points of the movie that annoyed me. * After the attack on Harmandir Sahib, our main character in the movie was busy chasing girls, dancing, and singing. I dont care where you were living, Operation Blue Star was a traumatic event. I will reckon to say that Sikhs were not dancing and chasing women, that was the least of their concerns, especially the ones that lived in India. I know that it is a movie and they need a stroy line, but stick to facts. * The depiction of the riots that massacred many innocent SIkhs living in Delhi was to the most part portrayed accurately. * I was quite surprised to see many Sikhs reacting in shock and sorrow after the Gandhis assassination, didnt they forget the attack she orchestrated on SIkhs. My bad, the Sikhs that lead the uprising where terrorists and bad men, they had it coming. * I am not going to say that there were not Kharkoos that took advantage of the situation and started to loot, threaten, and rape helpless SIkhs. But to say these Sikhs wanted Khalistan is obsurd. These SIkhs could care less for the movement, they were in it for power and money. In the movie the kharkoo sikhs worked alongside some muslim fanatic and wanted Khalistan. In the movie itself, it decribed those that wanted Khalistan as terrorists and terrible people. Far from the truth. Those that founded and died for the movement were nothing more than terrorists and criminials as far as the movie goes. The movie to me was comical and inaccurate, and did not do justice to SIkhs. First off, if you want to do a movie, of the events of 84 and after, stick to the facts, and make it a type of docu-drama. Secondly, the india censor board must be happy with the final product. If anything can be learnt from this, is that Gurdwara committees, businessmen, etc. must come together, raise money and approach a Western Director to tell the masses what really happened to Sikhs. These movies have no place in the market, if anything, they cease to misinform the public, and children that know nothing about 84, are sent to believe that India protected its country from bad terrorists. I am not against the fact of khalistan but lets not twist the words of gurbani." ummm excuse me...1st of all I didn’t say that it meant "Khalistan Da Raj" and second who else is going to do raj of Khalistan the Khalsa is not sum non-amrit dari ppl that is what I meant by that I think u misunderstood and 3rd what was also meant by that line was that someday the Khalsa will do Khalsa Da raj necessarily it doesn’t have to be called khalistan guru sahib himself knows wut it will be called...lets break that line into parts "raj" meaning kingdom, "karega" meaning will "Khalsa" referring to the guru khalsa panth so next time instead of altering someone’s interpretation of something please read it carefully and understand it 1st thank you… sorry if I have offended anyone or made any mistakes

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh!!! 1st off I would like to start off by saying the lack of knowledge of gurbani and Sikh history is unbelievable as followers of the Sikh religion you should all at least have some knowledge if not a lot anyway my fellow friends the u ask is “Is Khalistan a Practical Idea?” the answer I give is from Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj which we mention everyday in ardas “Raj Karega Khalsa” so for those non believers in Khalsitan are u trying to say Guru sahib when wrong when they said that… the arguments u have are plain stupid u say that “Who is going to Run the Government of KHALISTAN ? "Akali Dal" where did u get that stupid idea from during the period 1712 Sikhs as a Sarbat Khalsa use to make decisions as a democratic society long before the French revolution the Sikhs were making political decisions at Akal Takhat with 5 singhs as the head of state representing the panj payars also mentioned by “honey81online” is that “Sikhs number of Khalsa is not more than 10%.” Have u ever heard of Guru Sahib Jis line “Sava Lakh Sehe ek Laroo Tabeh Gobind Singh Namm Kahoo” what guru sahib means by this is one of my Sikh can fight a 125,000 men and if they cannot I wont call myself guru gobind singh another example is baba deep singh ji who in 75 years of age took picked up a khanda which even today takes at least 3 people to lift up and fought against the soldiers of the oppressor which was proven through history time and time for example in 1984 40 singhs on one side 150,000 indian soldiers my point being numbers don’t matter and for the people who do not support Khalistan if u don’t have anything good to say then don’t say it just ke ep it to urself because a message board is where people can ask appropriate questions and get an answer it is not meant to attack each other personally Sikhism as of today has been split up by its followers too much and speakering for the youth…they also look like they are going on the same track as our elders always fighting then as a result we get another split section…Khalistan will come but 1st u have to become a Khalsa take amrit and then we will get sumwhere speaking in general if everyone were to come on these message boards and juss go one about khalistan and sikhi this and that whereas they do not practice it themselves that wud just be a bunch of …so instead of attacking ppl online and going on about khalistan 1st get off ur butt go out there and practice sikhi..But in the end all I would like to request the sangat out there is practice the teaching of the gurus then become and true khalsa then we will achieve khalistan…we can talk and talk but talk doesn’t get anywhere…I humbly request the sangat to accept my apology if have made any mistakes or if I have offended anyone…KHALISTAN ZINDABAD
