    Think positive as who knows, the Caucasian person might be a Sikh or he might be a Sikh with green or blue eyes or might be a person who will accept Sikhi. Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Dev jee maharaaj is above all and can change your karams.
    Other thing which you can do(highly recommended) is to talk to a Brahamgyani about this issue. He/she can assist you way better than I can.
    Astrology is a great science but can cause anxiety too(as in your case). By studying astrology, you did not commit any sin or did anything against Gurmat. Astrology is a field of study just like chemistry, physics, etc and is NOT prohibited in Gurmat.
