I think it means, A person with tilak and mala(rosary) and bana(arrow) in hands. This is what people have made the picture of the Lord. People think that Ram is a toy like this. They don't understand how huge the god actually is and not a statue with a rosary and arrow and decorated with Tilak. Rest god knows better. Peace
