  1. The Lion group should hang their heads in shame. How can these people

claim to call themselves Gur Sikhs when they bought non sikhs into the

gurudwara for the sole purpose of carrying out the violent threats against

anyone who dared oppose their views? Malhi can pose in photo's with his hands

joined but this self procailmed 'leader' (as he was shouting during the

course of the day) brings three black bouncers to escort him in the Gurudwara.

    Is this scoundral sane?

The lion party did not stop there. Security staff from Monsoon were

all paid to stand in the gurudwara for the duration of the election. Can someone

please tell Malhi that the Gurudwara is not a night club. He may view himself as

a mafia godfather but bringing bouncers into the Guru Ghar is not the behaviour

of a true Gur Sikh. Anyone who believes in Waheguru should not need feel the

need to request a personal entrouge in the form of paid assasins. The lion group

invited MUSLIMS thugs, yes Muslim men who are known 'gang members', into

the Gurudwara. Would a non-muslim ever be allowed to step foot into a mosque?

The comtempt for Sikh values displayed by the Lion group is shocking.

Was this an early indication of a sign of things to come under this new

regime? Thankfully the Hukam of the sangat was to reject this lynch mob's

attempt at gaining power and the current commitee emerged victorious.

Throughout the day supporters of the lion group behaved like football

holigans. Jeering people who came to vote, hurling abuse at baaj group

candidates, amassing in crowds near the entrance of the voting

marquee, attempting to en masse disrupt election proceedings and goading police

officers (who had to be called to prevent the threat from lion supporters of causing

    a riot).

Never before has the Sangat been subjected to these intimadation tactics. Elections

have always been conducted but in a friendly atmosphere. Whoever the opposing

groups have been, there has always been banter between rival supporters but all in

an air of calm. The atmosphere on Sunday was simmering due to the tactics

employed by the lion group. Sadly had it not been for the increasing police presence,

the Gurudwara would have again been in the scene of premeditated BEADABI.

Will Malhi, Harpal Brar or any of the 21 candidates be seen in the Gurudwara again?

Highly unlikely. Worms like Sohan Singh Bains et al only surface every two years

when elections loom. These people request Sewa but dass would question if these

Singhs even know the meaning of the word.

The Sikh religion is a beautiful faith with a progressive outlook. Only by partaking in

healthy debate can we preserve these ideals. Discussion on issues which affect all

Sikhs should be encouraged and accomadated. Only when this generation, who are

obsessed with personal politics, evaluate their actions and the effect these have on

the image of modern Sikhs can we begin to think of the KAUM.

In the sanctity of the Guru Granth Sahib all Singhs need to stand shoulder to

shoulder in the name of Waheguru. It is worrying the lengths to which people from

our own faith will stoop to in attempt to prevent unity amonghst Sikhs.

i have gone onto you tube and checked this out!!! Are we ever going to

learn any lessons from our history. Its like when back in the days when

General Dyer massacred our people and afterwards some people gave him a saropa

and a kirpan. Fair enough you have hindus and members of the public coming

in , thats acceptable. But the Indian Government was directly responsible

for the genocide of the Sikhs and this clown is entertaining the

representitives of that regime at monsoon. This isnt an allegation Mali is boasting

about it on radio. Mali you dont know the kaum or the sangat very well,

every time we have been challenged in this way it always brings out the best

in us and we always rise to the challenge. You might have opened a mini

indian embassy at monsoon but I will appeal to all true sikhs of Southall to

boycott this club, dont let your children go to his 'gigs' and dont

have your wedding parties there! (if u must have one have it elsewhere.) If

this group ever made it into power all our Gurdwara weddings will end up at

monsoon making even more money for Mali and his Indian government

    cronnies

    Waheguru ji ka khalsa

    Waheguru ji ki fateh!

  3. Lots of positive comments. People will always mock what they dont understand. Respect to all those who ignore the pretenoius c**p and have confidence in our belief system. Our identity needs to be upheld, not repressed by the idle remarks of ignorant common folk

  4. Very upsetting news. Whatever the background is, the fact remains that a young sikh has lost his life needlessly. People need to stop speculating as to what the circumstances were. Please think how his family must be feeling. Creating gossip is adding insult to injury. until someone has solid proof stop bad mouthing him
