Thank you veerji
The biography was instructive and enlightening. I came to know facts about Guruji that hitherto I did not know.
However I still have the following questions unanswered:
I want to know:
1. What were the people he used to be with in his childhood(specific incidents, etc.)
2. What were the books he read about religion and politics?

Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa!
Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
Hi Everyone
I am inspired by Guru Gobind Singh's strength and courage. I am interested to know about his upbringing and the incidents in his childhood that lead to such a great person.
I want to know:
1. What were the people he used to be with
2. What were the books he read about religion and politics?
3. How did he develop the combination of nam-ras and bir-ras?
thanks to all

Sat Sri Akaal!
I am intersted in Sikhi coz I want to learn and imbibe the courage of our forefathers. Living a city life makes one follow a pseudo-value system and robs us of our courage. By learning about Sikhi I will know the real reason why I am a Sikh.

Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!!
I like your determination and the love you have in your heart!
I am a Sikh and have stayed in places where there are a very few Sikhs. And the most wonderful thing I felt was that where ever I went I was welcomed. Some times I didn't know the places and the language but someone or the other came forward to help me out. It feels as if they have love and a hidden respect for Sikhs.
Its such a great feeling being born a Sikh! :-)
