God & Goddess, Purush & Prakriti, Consciousness & Matter, Ying & Yang, Adam & Eve [to be understood as allegory and not literal history!], Man & Woman, Male & Female etc.
The above are a few accounts of the dual forces/entities which exist. They compliment each other and paradoxically clash with each other too, well seemingly anyway.
It is GOOD to have opposites that attract one another.A plug fits into a power point, two plugs cannot fit into each other; unless they are forced with exreme pressure.
Now I'm going to talk about sex.Don't get embarassed now. Now, a man's private parts is designed and created (by Vahiguru) for two things; excretion of urine and for sexual intercourse with a woman. It is designed to fit into a woman's private area. It's not designed to fit anywhere else, that means the bottom.A person's colon, rectum and anus is designed for one thing and one thing only; defecation. It is not designed for sex, a lot of medical problems arise if it is.
That is why only a man and a woman can and should only be allowed to have and bring up children.
Now I know that gay relationships aren't only about sex, you cannot stop two gay people from loving each other.I believe that being gay is a defect or dosh from their previous life.Gay people have been "cursed" for some reason not to be attracted towards the opposite sex. They can never know the joy of having children through natural means, by being a father or a mother.
The Sri Guru Granth Sahib supports grihasti jeevan, the life of a householder; of having a family.Gay people cannot and should not have children. It is wrong, that is the truth.
Children need a father and a mother. What about single parent families?Well, most of them re-marry, and re-marriage is allowed in Sikhi.I know of a Gursikh who re-married after his wife passed away.He didn't get married straight away, but chose to re-marry so it would be easier to bring up his family. So, re-marriage isn't an issue in Sikhi.
I wish that all of you out there marry a nice Gursikh person and have lots of healthy and happy Gursikh children. :D :oo:
