I can't be the only one who has an addiction with my phone ( I probably am) but in case someone else has this problem I think I found an app that can help it's called "Moment" it basically tracks screen usage (so even if you're unsure about your addiction, at least you can find out), and you can set it so it annoys you with a reminder every few seconds, telling you to get off. I tried mine personally today, and was in shock... (see my screenshot) I think this problem can be overcome and I'll update on this post in a week or two, anyone can join me (if they want).
