  1. I understand that flour ghee and sugar have to be weighed and equal parts to make degh. The water is supposed to be 4 times the amount but is not weighed. How do we get the proper amount of water then? Are we to eyeball it. foe ex. 1/4 of the baati is filled with flour hence that amount times 4 is the water needed? How do you guys figure out the water amount..
