Takht Hajoor Sahib is definetly Puraatan, Patna Sahib probably too! Panjva takht is shianve karor Shiromani Budha Dal, so of course it is! Only SGPC and their associate jathebandis believes in Damdama Sahib as 5th takht and guess which maryada they have there? lol Yes I noticed Ramgharia gurdwaras usually invite Damdami Taksal for amrit sanchar. Even though their gurdwaras are getting big on celebrating "Maharaja" Jassa Singh Ramgharia birthdays every year, they don't seem to want to invite Singhs following Puraatan Khalsa fauj maryada. I just presumed because Nihang Singhs do programmes down East London they have a gurdwara or something setup there. I don't know any place that Nihang Singhs give khanda pahul in West London, closest I know is Nanaksar. -
I grew up in Leyton, East London about 20 yrs ago and still conect with sangat there. and there's no Puratan Maryada. Barking and Goodmayes Gurdware are both SGPC (unless AKJ offers them mroe money) Karamsar are veg Ramgarhia is Damdami taksal Rehat Roseberry avenue Gurdwara are veg Gravesend, grays are both veg maryada too There's no Puratan Maryada here. Most ppl just go Southall to take Amrit or they wait for Vaisakhi and go to Goodmayes which does SGPC Rehat What's the breakdown of the 5 Takhts Rehat? - Akal Takht = SGPC - Kesgarh Sahib = SGPC Are the other 3 SGPC too?
