    Tommorow morning's program is taking place at Gurdvara Singh Sabha...

    Therefore, the broadcast will be cancelled...

    However, tommorow night's program, as well as Saturday Morning and the Rainsbhee will take place as scheduled.

    Video will not be running until tommorow night.

    Sorry for the letdown.

    Waheguroo jee ka khalsa waheguroo jee kee fateh!!!

    There have been some changes to the vancouver samagam program and consequently the live broadcasts.

    Thursday Evening program is no longer at Singh Sabha and will be held at Khalsa School, Surrey. Friday Morning will also be held at Khalsa School.

    The Live Broadcast will now be as follows:

    Thursday May 20th, 2004

    Evening Keertan - 6 PM to 9 PM

    Friday May 21st, 2004

    Asa-Di-// Keertan - 6 AM to 8:00 AM

    Evening Keertan - 6 PM to 9 PM

    Saturday May 22nd, 2004

    Asa-Di-// Keertan - 6 AM to 11:30 AM

    Rainsbaee Keertan - 7 PM to 6 AM

    Bhenji,

    We cannot afford to hookup the internet connections at each gurudwara. We have neither the money nor the resources. It would cost us well over a thousand dollars to do it.

    We have asked for donations many times, and we do the best we can, but we are already paying a lot of money just for equipment to record the samagam our of our own pockets.

    We do as much as we can that sangat has requested, but if sangat requests more of us than sangat has made possible there isnt much we can do.

    We would like to broadcast the whole samagam, maybe next year, but to do this we need massive amounts of donations.

    Waheguroo! Network has a number of projects in store for sangat, BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

    Waheguroo! Network is looking to fill the following positions:

    Two content editors: Must have good knowledge of english. No experience is necessary but it would be helpful.

    Two writers: Same requirements as above.

    Programmer: PHP/HTML/MySQL - experience required.

    Please email us at seva@waheguroo.com if you can help with any experience, portfolios, or information you can provide. This seva is badly needed and will go a long way.

    We apologize for the problems tonight. They are being resolved. Here is the information we received from our server people.

    Hello, There is currently a network issue in the north east region effecting about 1,555 servers the network admins are already on site and looking into the issue, it looks like they have everything under control and will have everything back to normal very shortly, this had happened two nights ago for about 15 mins and they are going to work on the permenant fix shortly, we do apologize for any inconvenience

    Guru Pyareo today around 7 PM PST we will be testing live broadcast from Fresno, CA. Bhai Dilbagh Singh ji and Gulbagh Singh Ji's Jatha will be doing kirtan up till 8 PM. To tune tune into the broadcast open http://www.keertan.net in your browser window and then click on 'Keertan.Net Radio' and then click on Radio One (Raagi Keertan).

    If everything goes well we will be broadcasting live keertan everyday from 7 to 8 PM!!

    So please do ardas for us :(

    For NSV download the nsv software from nullsoft.com. For divx, install the codecs and player from divx.com or nimo codec pack and then try sonic foundry video factory. I hear adobe premier is good as well. Also, windows media encoder, which is free, is a good bet.

    All sites should be working with all features. We figured out the problems and had them fixed. If anyone is still having problems with any site or anything, please let us know ASAP.

    Also, if any sangat wants to browse through photos and keertan and make sure keertan is downloadable and all that, its appreciated :@

    The problem is with the server move. It will be fully functional by around 12 Pacific Friday (tommorrow).

    Its either this with a few problems or shut down the server all together for 24 hours. We decided this would be better.
