Did anyone see brits asia this mornign they had adverts of the new sikh channel thats launching on vaisakhi, form the look of there going to have some quality stuff on there. Just wodnered if anyone else saw it since it hasnt been metioned on here...or has it????

Could someone please suggest a really cheap car insurance provider for a new driver(UK), most of the people i have contacted are asking for like £1200, i was wondering if it is possible to get it

All the suggestions made above are helpful im sure but you dont even need to go that far. Try and do or listen to as many chaupai sahib ji the paath as you can in a day and im sure over time, the way you feel about urself on the inside will change.

Sangat ji i need some advice of how to get in contatc with the people at boss stall, as i ordered the IP6 CD pon 9th jan and still havent recieved and they have also taken the money out of my account...........ive emailed them aswell but still havent recieved a reply.
I know some people on SS are associated with Boss stall so i was wondering how should go about sorting this issue out, and get my hands on the IP6 CD.

concentration = No. Moles/Volume
you have 0.0006983mg of asprin dissolved in 50ml of methanol
No. of Moles = Actual Mass/ Mr
your actual mass is 0.0006983 divide that by the Mr of Asprin which must also be converted into milligrams as the standard of Mr is grams, do that by dividing it by 1000
That will give you the No. of moles
divide that value by your volume which is 50ml
and you should have your concentration in mg/ml
if im not wrong to convert g to mg you mulitiply by 1000 and not divide which what i think you've done

0.0775mol dm3 OF what?! compound/element?!
its a solution of aspirin 0.6983g in 50ml of methanol, the concentration for that is 0.0775 and i need to conver that to mg/ml

How would you convert 0.0775mol dm3 to mg/ml, ive been tryng to figure it out but i keep getting confused as im not good with numbers.

In my opnion you should put on more englsih katha, like the one you had runnning a few weeks back, found that really good. It would help people to learn more about sikhi
Also if possible katha by giyani thakur singh or sant ranjit singh ji ji e.g a half an hour slot everyday or something along those lines

its for awareness for those who are starting on the path of sikhi or planning to because they might think caste is acceptable in sikhi. lets face it youth tend to get inspired i nto sikhi by these type of tracks so they are obivosuly being given the long knowledge.

Just heard the track, and in the last verse it talks about caste?? isnt this contradcitory to all the other shaheedi tracks tigerstyle have done. The guy brags abt how he's a jatt...

I think your thinking about the tigerstyle album(out this week), mystics martys and maharajas. That only has like 1or 2 track to do with sikhi on there judging by the names of the tracks. I know it has son of a sardar part 2 on there, aint heard it yet though. Hopefully im wrong and they will release shaheedi 6.

im going to be going india for the first time and i was wondering, is it essential that i have to take of my sri sahib, or would they allow me to travel with it. I feel really bad about removing and dont want to even though the Panj Pyare said it it comes down top it you can take it off. Any tips as to where i should put it if i have to take it off................Im totally confused.

I've seen this poster in front of iceland (southall) an apperantly theres suppose to be a kirtan diwan happening with all the well known indivduals of the panth such as:
Sant Ranjit Singh (Dhadrianwale)
Bhai Balwinder singh Rangeela
Giani Thakur singh
Its happening in july (18-20th) and i've noticed it hasnt been mentioned on any sikhi websites, does anyone have any more info regarding it???

Saying No To Seva
in WHAT'S HAPPENING?

I was listening to katha by gyani thakur singh and he was taking about this gursikh who moved this place (in india somewhere cant remember the name) and he went to the gurdwara to have darshan of maharaj and the granthi singh said he should get a akhand path done the gursikh asked how much it will cost and th granthi singh said 20,000 rupees .......the gursikh having faith in maharaj agreed to it, seeing it as an opportunity to do seva. A week later the gursikh was riding has motorbike and was about to ride straight in to a truck, the bike slided and went under the track(gursikh aswell) through the space between the front two wheels. When the gursikh got up him and his bike was perfectly fine and wasnt injured anyway and he was totally suprsied by this.
I can't remeber what happend after, by gyani thakur ji goes on to say that, that 20,000 rupees he spent on the akhand path went to a good cause,if he hadn't done the seva it would have been spent on his hopsital bill for any injuries sustnained in the "collision" with the truck.............so my guess is yh you shoudnt say when you are given seva.
Also in another katha gynai thakur singh ji say u get blessed with the seva of the sangat or guru sahib when maharaj want to kirpa on you.....................
