  1. I am, but as I'm wrong most of the times, I tend to tag those who know they are always 'right' (cant argue with all these mini gods, too many of them about) ! :umm:
  2. I guess from your answer then, that the only one who doesn't have any ego between you and I here, at this moment in time is you, yes ! :umm:
  3. Funny that, neither did I...! So, y do I feel like a loser ? :umm:
  4. Well I'll be damned, u win again ! I just love losing to you....! :umm:
  5. I thought ego only happens to people who 'win' all the time....I'm a loser, I've declared that ! :umm:
  6. You guys are great really, keep it up ! I must b losing it....... :umm:
  7. Okay......let's try this, I give up, U All Win ! :D Now, that you have won, convince me that those rituals I stated, are necessary for me gain the Love or Grace of The Eternal Lord. By telling me: How do I get these under my belt then ? Dont know what all this is about, so h ow do I get regard for Guru's teachings, show respect and follow by example ? :umm:
  8. Post an example to at least prove your point ? :umm:
  9. When 2 or more people 'sing songs' (in our case debating religious issues) it usually starts off by 'singing out of tune'. Now that you and I have had the privelege of exchange a few 'notes' together, you and I sing these better ! No......... :umm:
  10. Okay, at least that's better than what you were singing before ! Respect...... :umm:
  11. Cant resist replying can you......lol ! :umm: You hit that one on the head as well, breathing only lasts a few tens of years and then you are wasted into a crematorium by the ones you love so much. They dont wait more than 5-15 mins to rid your body out of ther house, yet they professed 'love' for you all those years. I prefer the company of those who have neither of these ills.... :D
  12. 1. First, I forgive your insults without hesitation...but make a small note, the more you insult me, the better I will feel ! :umm: 2. I deny nothing and accept nothing, except The Guru Granth Sahib ! :D
  13. Why recite something like a parrot everyday, every occasion, every ritual, every ceremony ? :umm:
  14. All I can say here is......! The only Ardas that Is Acceptable to Our Great Lord and Master, is the one you personally (without intervention from Guru, Sant, Yogi or What) recite repeatedly from the Guru Granth Sahib or from your heart, alone to The Creator Himself, with absolute love at whatever Time you want ! There is no Ardas in the Worlds, Galaxies, Stars, Universes or Milky Way, that can match the Power Of This Prayer, even Maya stand Powerless here !.... :umm:
  15. Most gracious thanks to all above for their replies and I'll answer them all, just need to say the quickest prayer I know off by heart with a smile ! Help Them Lord......! :umm: Dont let anyone cloud your sense(s)....you are on the right track bud ! :D Again, 'you have deliberately tried to put words into my mouth' by saying something I never said myself in any part of my post. I am neither higher or lower than all that you hav e mentioned in your quote. If you and all those who follow that want to 'fit in a box' like nice couchy pets, than that be your choice, I prefer running around in the jungle 'free' ! There's always one who *****.........! Cant say more YET... Kh?ls?, Your quote is quite large so I'll sum it up and say in a few words, you need to consider this very seriously indeed : If anyone else needs to right anymore, please dont copy any of that which has already been written above, I'll have issue these 'divine pills' on prescription then, as they take Time not money to make ! :D
  16. Very mean some people, I would setup my own Gurudwara nearby and ban them from It in an opening ceremony. Nothing like a good fight....... ! :umm:
  17. Hear, hear..........you know I wont disappoint you on this one, 'dad' ! :umm:
  18. Dont put a rope round my neck just yet, hear me out first........! Is there a woman out there somewhere who ideals herself on the Virtues Bestowed to them by The Lord Himself, one fine day many thousands of years ago ? :umm:
  19. SSAkal Bhaji, I read that diffrently 2 u......! U c everyone reads the English translations given to them by a select tiny few, in the Sikhi World and of course theirs nothing wrong with that as they did what they did, for the greater GOOD of Sikhi (I applaud that, yes).BUT So, the divine scripture you have stated from the Guru Granth Sahib does not mean what you have affirmed in your post: The Great Almighty Guru then truly says, 'maan jeete' ! Beat and defeat your own mind my brothers and sisters, that is what the Guru has affirmed to me crystal clear in my mind. And when one does that, 'jag jeete' is their reward. They defeat the Whole World..........Period ! Do I still hear, objection your honour ? :D
  20. haaahhhaaa, lol...I cant help my nature friend ! :umm:
  21. Now this is a hot potato if I ever saw one ! 1. Why is virginity so revered by people in Eastern races ? 2. Why does sex, that takes away a person's viginity then get's frowned upon by the very people taking away this 'virginity' ? 3. What do women feel and say about this ? This seems to be the two faces of the same coin, on one hand a man in his pride always 'prefers' a <admin-profanity filter activated> and on the other hand he wants also wants to be the first to 'rob her' of that virginity. From a woman's point of view her honour is her virginity and the loss, her life long anguish....! Or is it...? Let's give you all a starter: :umm:
  22. Here's your answer..... Yep........exactly what I mean ! :umm: I'm all in favour of RESPECT, but what I see in the Gurudawaras is tha t hundreds of people go there, bow their heads in front of a 'money box' (put money in no doubt) placed in front of the Guru Granth Sahib (strange this, when any Sikh comes to visit The Guru Granth Sahib really and anything else should be second). They then listen to some prayers, hymns of God's praise, more prayers, eat food, chat and go home. What do most learn 'jack'. 1. Why are the Sikhs visiting the Gurudwaras not being allowed to personally 'witness' the Guru Granth Sahib ? 2. Is The Guru Granth Sahib the property and possession of only the select within Sikhism ? 4. Here are some more ceremonies ! Example Two: The ritualistic practise of reciting the Five Banis in the day (that's if you are a Sikh) Example Three The marriage ceremony which has also many various steps and procedures to accomplish the deed. Example Four: The practice of washing the body before conducting any Religious Activity Example Five: The ritualistic reading (SGGS) in Akand Parth (chota & vadha) Example Six Ardas, Parth, Kirtan, Bhog, Vakh, Ardas, Parshada Example Seven The ritual or procedure conducted to become a Sikh when one takes 'Amrit' Example Eight Money being thrown into the 'tin' in front of the Granth Sahib to finance the day to day running of the Gurudwara or pay the giani's ! The Gurudwara 39;s of old never had that..........
  23. See my other post of 'Rituals & Ceremonies for more info, keep the two post distinct ! :umm:
