  1. i disagree with you, i have done weight lifitng for many years now and whey protein is a great help for pre and post workout shakes which aid lifting. who can be bothered to make 6 meals a day, protein shakes can be used as meal replacements and are quick and easy to make. muscles gains will go away if u dont train weather u use whey or not. u eat food to feed ur muscles with protein, whey is just a shortcut, same thing both natural! fateh

  2. Haha this is 100% true

The Gurdwara is about 5mins drive from our village, we go there every other day. We had Akhand Paath there 2 years in succession, and both years the reason behind most peoples Akhand Paath was to get a visa to another country. I think 45-48 Akhand Paaths are done at the same time, and they're always fully booked.

As for the planes, the Gurdwara hall is decorated with them. The area behind the 'golak' is full of planes of different sizes. I mean, a Gurdwara that was made in memory of the Shaheeda Babeh (Baba Nihal Singh Ji & Baba Harnam Singh Ji) is becoming a warehouse for plastic aeroplanes. By all means do ardas at the Gurdwara for a visa but this is a joke.

I will try to get some photos up if I have them

The space behind the golak is full of toy planes and when i asked my mama why were those their he said people charah them who have done ardas at talhan for a visa and got it. 4. i recently went to punjab and visited gurdwara harianbela and met nihung gurdev (2nd incharge) singh ji and asked him why do nihungs do jatka. he told me guru gobind singh made the singhs do jhatka to test if they were capable of fighting battles against mughals or not. he said if a singh doesnt even have the courage to behead a goat how will he fight battles vs the muslims. he said that our people were so oppressed and afriad at the time that guru gobind singh ji made the singhs to jahtka to give them courage and bir rass in order to fight the tyranny of the muhgals. He said guru sahib himself did shikar. fateh

  5. You are given hukam by panj piayre to keep kakkars on you at all times, full stop. A small kirpan around your neck doesnt count, the kirpan needs to be on a gatra.

I suggest you approach married couples about your question, personally i think its inappropriate to discuss it here.

What about flying on planes? im sure u have to take the sri sahib of then, what can 1 do about this?
