WELL...ITZ BEEN 7 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE TAKEN AMRIT. I WAS 16 (i still am). UMM... IT WAS AT AN AMRIT SANCHAR THAT TOOK PLACE IN NEW YORK CITY, WHICH WAS ORGANIZED BY SANT RANJIT SINGH JI DHADRIAN WALE. I REMEMBER THAT I WAS REALLY EXCITED AS WELL AS A LITTLE NERVOUS. LUCKY 4 ME ALL MY FRIENDS WERE THERE WITH ME!!!!! :lol: IT TOOK A LITTLE OVER 5 HOURS FOR THE WHOLE AMRIT SANCHAR TO BE COMPLETE. AFTERWARDS WE WALKED INTO THE DARBAR HALL AND THE WHOLE SANGAT WAS WATCHING AND THROWING FLOWERS AND DOING JAIKARAI IT WAS AMAZING AND IT MADE ME FEEL REALLY PROUD AND BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES. IT WAS A VERY EMOTIONAL DAY. I WOULD ENCOUAGE EVERY1 TO TAKE AMRIT ASAP!!!! :TH:

I read this on one of th e posts, so i thought we should start the topic if its not already up yet.

Day by day reading threads on SS on sants i feels the amount of ustast being done is haridous.

We should not forget our guru mahraj sri guru granth sahib jee and try to always relate back to shabad guru , even if we are writting topics about sants that are now no longer with us yes i agree it is inspiring to read on their jeevan but we should try put this into practise ourselves and not keep living under there name and should try 2 concentrating on our jeevans and help the ones around us.

If i have offened anyone i apologies this is not my attention but just expressing my views, may we all live by hukum of shabad guru

For those of u that keep up with Sant Baba Ranjit Singh JI Dhadrian Wale, there was a samagam that took place last week. It lasted 5 days and included a nagar kirtan, 3-day kirtan darbar and the wedding of 101 girls.
