ALSO, is it good to mix whey protein isolate with skim milk or with water?

I spoke to a singh who is a fitness instructer and he told me to switch to isolate and take it two times a day! so thats what im gona do.

oh btw i want to lose weight and what did you mean by "untill u want to stand still" and just out of curiosity why shouldnt you mix cardio and weight trainin not that i do that anyway.

I just do cardio at the moment and nothing else. I drink the protein shake only 3 times a day - once in the morning, and once before and after exercise. I dont think im going to gain weight as i have already noticed a loss in weight my energy levels have shot up! so thats why i was asking.......i duno.....i think i will buy the isolate! and see what happens.

Im taking Whey Protein (concentrate) at the moment as opposed to Whey Protein (Isolate) together combined with lots of cardio!. My question is does Whey Protein (concentrate) make you gain more weight instead of burning fat? should i instead start taking Whey Protein (Isolate) as it is more 'pure' i guess? Thanks.

There are two type of blokes, ones who are brought up with Indian/Punjabi mentality i.e. What their parents taught them and those who are not.

The guys who tend to hold on to these indian values of girls being a virgin are living in a dream world, they go around trying to find these girls but they are very very rare. No-one is that innocent.

Now the guys who dont hold onto their indian/punjabi values and dont mind a girl who probably has the same amount of "experience" as them are the ones who tend to get married quicker and tend not to live in a dream world.

Being a virgin is nothing to do with being a good Sikh. However, you cant be a good Sikh without having some element of self respect for your own body and some element of control of your vices.

This is the shocking picture of a young, white schoolboy being converted to Islam by a cleric linked to a radical Muslim hate preacher.

The bewildered 11-year-old, who gives his name as Sean was filmed repeating Arabic chants and swearing allegiance to Allah.

The boy is prompted throughout by controversial cleric Anjem Choudary, a follower of exiled hate-preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed.

The incident was filmed during a demonstration by Choudary's Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah group in Birmingham city centre earlier this month.

Choudary, 42, was one of the masterminds behind the protests at the homecoming parade of heroic British soldiers in Luton earlier this year.

He praised protesters who branded British troops 'murderers' and later appeared at a press conference flanked by thugs who took part in the demo.

Choudary defended the young boy's 'reversion' to Islam but admitted his parents were not with him and were not consulted.

He said: 'The child was genuinely interested in Islam.'

'The boy told us he wanted to become a Muslim and, of course, some people are intellectually more mature than they are physically. I don't see there is any harm in this.

'He was with his friends, but I didn't see if his parents were there,' he added.

A message on Choudary's website offers advice for those who become Muslim at his Islamic Roadshow.

'Conversion packs are already provided to those who revert to Islam in the Islamic Roadshows,' it says.

'They include a booklet on 'Everything a Muslim must know' and a free DVD with a brief guide on how to pray in Islam.'

Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah, is a splinter group of the controversial Al Muhajiroun sect.

Al-Muhajiroun, which has recruited hundreds of fanatics in the Midlands, fell apart in 2004 just months before Bakri was stopped from coming back to the UK under terror laws.

It has been revealed that the sect is planning to reform.

Bakri has now set his sights set on a return for the extremist group, though the Home Office is understood to be closely monitoring its activities.

Many people in the world now have become atheist, they do not see what religion has to offer, how it benifits them. So ofcourse they are not going to follow it. "Why not cut our hair? Why can't we drink alcohol? Why can't we go clubbing and have a ciggerate?" Thats all they are going to think about. Because if they stop these things, they are going to get depressed and that they "can't enjoy life." Just like if you asked someone to start reading gurbani, and because they don't see the benefit straight away they are just going to quit after a while, and go back to their old ways.

Its the same with all the activities they do, they think that it is "fun" and that theres no better lifestyle. They haven't experienced the goodness of religion. And can you blame them, because most religions now force it upon their children, and they don't like it. You should let them discover it for themselves. Don't be a teacher, just a guide. If parent of these children were perfect, always happy, never stressed because of religion, only then can their children see it. What i mean is the elders need to set an example. Be role models.

Most people just think going to the Gurdwara every so often, will really help them. But most of the time they don't even remember God in their mind.

Alot of children now just see religion as being corrupt, the cause of wars, excuse for getting lots of money. I mean look at the pope. Some people just decide to go in the business side of religion just to get some money.

If you go up to anyone in the street, and ask them what is the purpose of life? Their answer will be "I don't know. or to get a job and a house" Most people are confused. "whats the point in worshiping God, I went to the Gurdwara/church/mosque whatever and i didn't see any change in my life." Thats what most youth and alot of adults are thinking, they are all confused. In sikhi for example say if a Sikh who cuts their hair, and sees another Sikh with a turban getting bullied, abused never gets a girlfriend or whatever, they are going to think, hey what the point in wearing a turban, it doesn't help. Partly because the turban wearer himself doesn't even know why to wear one. It was just that his parents told him to so he does. Not even he sees the benefit. And I know that things like this do happen.

So the point is people don't think religion is real, people don't think God is real. Because they don't see the benefits, they don't have full faith in God. If someone is in hospital, or if you want a certain team to win a football match or whatever, or if you are in pain, who is the first who call upon for help? It is God, they only remember God when they are in suffering.

But you should remember God at all times. Most people want to take stuff from God, without giving anything to him. But to receive you always should give. When people prayer to God, they make a shopping list, of things they want to take, but they HAVENT GIVEN ANYTHING TO HIM. You have to surrender yourself, give your ego, anger lust, greed and attachment, become Gods slave.

But if i told someone that they are going to think, "Get lost, you are telling me im worth dirt, well screw you, i am the most superior" They are jsut going to think like that and let their ego get in the way. They think they can aqquire happiness, their own way. But true happiness comes from God's way. If i told someone, one who follows God, remains happy in all ages, enemies cannot touch even their shadow and that they will forever remain protected, they will think it is BS.

They are very confused. I think because of the way the world is run, by politics, and money. Its all about selfishness. To get to the top jobs and positions in this world, with lots of money, which people think will get them happiness, you have to eliminate everyone else. Like in a football match to win the league, you have to beat everyone else to get to the top. But in politics this means you have to be selfish, you may form temporary alliances, only to break it up after you have used them and taken advantage of them. And the reason, to get rich, FOR YOURSELF, selfishness. People think that you just go to school, then you get a job and die. Which is true, but its not suppose to be that way, They are wasting their lives in love for mammon.

What you can do is educate, only by setting an example, if you say all these things but they don't see it in you, then they are going to think you are false, and you are talking BS.

there are lots of clean shaven guys who get bullied, dont get girlfriends etc, clean shaven guys are portrayed as drug dealers, child molesters etc on tv and movies..........so im glad im not clean shaven!!!!! so why go there and say sikh guys in turbans get bullied all the time or arent proud of it (the turban)..........also........these women who hate turban guys.......why is that when they get used an abused they wana all of a sudden marry a turban guy........all these people can go to hell as far as im concerned they turned their back on their Guru and im supposed to have sympathy for them! clean shaven people neva go up to real sikhs to iniate conversation they just insult us......lets deal with the problem its not just sikh girls but also the guys who act like slags! and also muslims, hindus and christians peoples children behave like this way tooo!!!! sadly most of these lost sikhs will only turn to their Guru when their life has been destroyed or when they have had their reputation ruined esp. the girl has been labled a slag etc.......

i am amritdhari sikh guy from india, i am 30 years old, recently i came to know that sikh girls dont like to get married with sikh guys because of their hairs on face, as it makes the experience of kissing less enjoyable, (this info has come from a friend's wife)i am really shocked with the kind of importance being given to kissing over religion, till now all of my cousin sisters have opted to marry clean shaved sikh guys from sikh families, ours is the only amritdhari family amoung our relatives, some times i really feel sad about negative sentiments towards sikh guys who follow the path shown by our gurus.even sikh girls proudly say on matrimonial sites that they want to marry clean shaved guys only.i wish these girls should have asked their mothers if she had any problems with thier father.may i request some of my married sisters to come forward and tell all these girls that its not really that difficult.

I would like to find out and just discuss if there are any ways of banning pornography or restricting its access efficiently.

I got into the whole kaam thing at a very early age and it was due to silly things like shopkeepers selling me beyond my age stuff and videos from friends brothers etc. And the main most dangerous one was of course the internet. I mean, no one can fully be protected in terms of getting this stuff from friends who's brothers or whatever are in possession of this stuff. But the shopkeeper thing and the internet (the main one) have to be controlled.

What the EDIT is the government doing about this. For EDIT sake. Its like some sort of higher power is purposely trying to corrupt young minds and no ones doing anything to stop it. The internet and porn has been a nightmare throughout high school up till now. Why is this poison available so easily on the net people?

I've been completely scolded by this pornography probably due to being exposed to it at such a young age. Whats the EDIT point of making it 18 years or over if a kid as young as 10 can access this EDIT?

In effect, I've been sexually abused by this whole thing. And yes it is sexual abuse. Sorry to those people who have been physically abused but this is sexual abuse too. It stole away a kids innocence, corrupted and perverted his mind and he's suffering unimaginably right now. This EDIT poison should be kept away from young eyes. Its not all my fault damn it.
