    We was in gatka and we were about to wash our hands before touching shastars and 2 older singhs were washing their hands and one of them did a chundi at the back, I squished his chundi and he turned around and splashed water on my front. When I was trying to do pentra everyone saw me and I was like 'hai hai'. I asked te teacher what to do next as I had learnt the moroar (H) . He said 'Make sure you bring a nappy for next week!' :@

    hi all

    can the very kind sevadaars who are organising this event please shed their thoughts on the following:

    1) i love attending reinsabai's but the problem i experienced at smethwick and leicester recently was that the sikhi to the max was on one side only. this makes it very difficult for the one part of the sangat (male or female) to enjoy the STTM. especially when more sangat is coming and quing to do matha taek.

    will there be a parband of some sort like there is for eg. at derby guirdwara where male and female STTM? maybe i could bring my local gurdwara's projector aswell? although i will be arriving from leeds.

    Pyare Sadh Sangat Jio, huge benti to everyone on the forum to donate money to Water Aid. Just 10-20 pounds can supply villages in third world countries with fresh water for life. As most people are aware dirty water carries a lot of diseases. The other day I heard my teacher saying that 1 child dies every 5 seconds in these counties due to this precise reason. Not sure if it is true but it is surely shocking. If you do not wish to donate money please do ardas for these poor people. Thanks.

    Hanji veerji,

    I thought the same... Baba Banda Singh Bahadur will be good, but I think many Sikhs will oppose us, as many Sikhs even dont want Sikh Shaheeds to be portrayed (Baba Deep Singh, ...)

    But we really need to make a movie in the coming 10 years :D

    It will indeed have a very big impact.

    What we need first is a REAL NICE story, where there is much scope for action, and above all it should be historically correct. As the youth will learn much from the film, and they shudn't learn wrong.

    We shouldn't make only one film. We should make a series of films, but specifically 1 big one (Hollywood type)...

    I have a story of a religious comedy in Punjabi and am writing more to it...

    do you know the actual adress? and where? i know smethick but like what shops or eg medical centre are near punjabi roots like say if i ask somebody where is punjabi roots like they might say near the groceries...please sombody
