  1. yh sukhjeevan singh ji your right but I just felt sad in noticing this crazy pattern. Guess its lack of education and self restraint from food.
  2. WJKK WJKF, This is my first post here so I thought I'll contribute something. I was listening to Rehraas Sahib and couldn't help noticing the people walking behind. I was shocked when I saw that about 90-95% of the elders with a pagh have a pot belly. I know sikhi is not about caring about your appearance but isn't this taking it to a new level. Don't they have gyms?
