It was about how Guru ji talks of this human body and mind being a Nagari (a small town) where there are inhabitants (the 5 negative aspects of the mind - 5 thieves) that steal things. Guru ji then goes on to show how one can get rid of these 5 thieves and replace them with 5 friends - Sat, Santokh, Daya, Dharam and Teeraj. Hence making the nagari a safe and pleasant place. Then it concluded with how to make this nagari Abichal - one that never gets destroyed! and forever remains strong. Thank you Vaheguru ji

Be careful on what kind of sangat is done, it must be SAT (truth) sangat - Where the truth is discussed, e.g. talking to people about Vaheguru and discussing questions/experiences of a spiritual nature can be considered SAT sangat. The idea is to join your thoughts and ultimately your mind to the truth, so doing SAT sangat helps with this. I hope it helps, humbly yours.

I guess the 200 can't find anything in Sikhi which makes us smile, can't find much that we love about it. OR maybe we just didn't have time to reply!
