Alot of uni's in the uk will probably be offering the courses ur looking for. the best place to find the uni's offering the course ur interested in is to use the UCAS website : ucas basically help uk students to get into university, but u can use it to find out about which unis offer which courses. jus go to main page then 'course search'.
since ur a non eu student ur fees will vary depending on what uni u want to go to. the best way to find out about fees would be to contact the uni's directly. also dont forget to check for grade requirements, not sure how it works for foreign students.
