  1. For all the anti-Zionist Pro Palestine guys.

Hindutva BJP run India will bend over for Israel, but will at least receive support back. When we dish out support for Palestine blindly, they don't even know who Sikhs are. Even if we are anti-Israel, what will that achieve for us?

We have to be selfish and build up. Who cares about other communities, they're all selfish as well.

All we need is our own Rothschilds to lobby and barter with the international order on our behalf, and a superpower like the U.S. to send us $38 billion in military aid on an annual basis. How much does Reuben Singh have in the bank, lol?

I'm afraid we have neither the standing or the credentials for following the Israeli template. Israel thrives not through its own efforts of pluck and determination, but because the U.S. intimidates Israel's opponents and hostile neighbours into not pushing their luck beyond reason.

In many ways we are similar to the Jews; in a few other notable ways we are absolutely nothing like them.

Doesn't mean copy Jews exactly. Just shows that we don't need to beg to Musle or Hindoos to put our interest ahead. Jews didn't do that, why does anyone think Khalsa who people come to beg for Raj would do that?

Badal is currently allied with BJP and Sikhs are put in a state of begging these thugs for Sikh interests. Sad state of affairs.

  2. Sant Ji also said to take inspiration from Israel and how they have kept Arabs at bay fighting against such odds.

India will flex diplomatic powers and thus we shouldn't direct unnecessary energy against whiteness, zionism or any other social justice warrior co-opting of issues.

We need to become powerful enough where lobbies like America, Canada or Israel will take us more seriously than India.

Maybe it's just how it appears in my ignorance, but is Kirtan dominated contemporarily by male Kirtankara?

Seems like you dont see female Kirtankara, and when you see them it's mainly Simran Kirtan not Shabad Kirtan?

    If so, why so?

    Shukria

Other than institutional ban at Sri Harmandir Sahib, I'm not sure what other reason there could be. Perhaps has to do with genuine interest?

  4. Sikhs also built North Western Frontier Province and the Musle massacred thousands of Sikhs (entire populations) in Thoha Khalsa region months before partition. Sikhs deserve a place where Sikhi is promoted/protected and loosely Punjabi language and culture is preserved. Whether within the state or out.

We should be focusing on birth rates, Sikh parchaar and accommodating those who truly want to come into Sikhi by institution building on level in Punjab right now. Numbers and organization is important.

  5. Sennheiser hd598's are my favorite headphones. Theyre 100-200$ depending on the sale season, but are open headphones meaning people around you will be able to hear them. The best quality pair of headphones I've ever owned.

Beyer dynamics are nice too from what I've heard if you're looking towards closed headphones (sealed)

  6. The most speedy recovery consists of resting for the duration that the Dr says. You're welcome to try haldi dudh or any other desi stuff, but don't assume it will increase recovery. Your assumption should be to wait as long as the doctor tells you to ensure full recovery.

I broke my scaphoid and it took longer than the doctor said to get up to 100% and I allowed for plenty of time for it to heal. I know a lot of people who exacerbate their injuries by not waiting enough for it to heal 100%. Tread with caution and good luck.

Let's be real too. Dasmesh pita made a hyper-masculine identity with the Khalsa. One that led blokes to smack jihadis into oblivion despite being heavily outnumbered and outresourced.

Exactly, this new pseudo-feminist movement that is discouraging men from being men is infiltrating psyche of even keshdhari Sikhs into feeling guilty for this bakhshish of Guru Sahib. Problem with hyper-masculine identity is when we are uneducated in worldly and spiritual.

Honestly don't mind seeing even a bit of unchecked hypermasculination of our generation - we definitely need it.

You must have done a half-ar5ed job if you missed it. I'll try and find them again for you when I get some time.

And look, I haven't got a problem with homosexuality. But given where I am right now, (in the UK), I do have a big problem with ANY Sikh men acting effeminate, even more so if they are wearing a dastaar. It just sends out a weak message and men from other communities respond accordingly.

Thank Waheguru you are not here.

I agree and I am pro gay goo rights ect. When men start acting like women in Sikh saroop it's not a good outlook. On top of spiritual aspect, when someone is initiated with Khande di pahul, you're literally a soldier in Khalsa and should act as such. Debated a couple sulleh from UK a while back and average hippy lib apna would have said ve are believings 1 luv we r sorry for offendings joo. I was pretty direct and told him straight same things I would post here and in end he apologized and said he respected Sikhs.

When you have abrahamic faiths who don't understand prema bhagti and prem in general - they only respect tribal alpha maleness.
