I think this is spot on- us males will not really appreaciate the scope of the argument to the extent females will. I too believe it is for them to discuss internally, but while doing so be cautious of certain questionable views that are related to this discussion. Anyway, I'll say no more, otherwise will be defating the notion of letting bibian decide for themselves.

I think the poster is simply saying that every individual- every one of us is important too- we can all play our part, and should all play our part. I think its quite an effective, and original way to get the point across, but as shown here certainly appears to be open to misunderstanding
