Nilla (Blue) Nishaan sahib is ment to repersent Akal Purkh Ke Fauj where ever you see the Nilla Nishaan Sahib you can Guarantee there is a fauj there. The Kesri nishaan sahib is for the panth. What i was wondering as Sri Hazoor Sahib (Sach Kand Darbar) why is there a Kesri Nishan Sahib and not a nilla one ? Doing some research i found it was Ranjit Singh who changed the Nishaan sahib to kesri ? Why was this? Was it Ranjit Singh? Just question not judging Bhul Chuck Mafee

GREAT TOPIC U STARTED i personally try and avoild animal jackets sandels and shoes etc. these r luxuries we can be without but again on the other hand we have shaster case made of of animal skin tabla skins. i personal think you should do what feels rite.

it needs polishing ive not com across the miti in UK but u need the white miti u find every where in india BUT dont worry u can still clean it all u need is lemon juice, a pott and some water pure some water into the pott start boiling it add the lemon juice put in ur kara remembering to have spare one on u so u are not with out ur 5 Kakars let it boil for like 8-10 mins Than take out Kara and get a brillo clean of the rust hope this helps
