NO meat is allowed in sikhism. People that do eat meat and call themselves sikhs are pakhandis or fakers. They try to change sikhi by what THEY think and not follow what is says in Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji. And all Meat is forbidden.

if you want protein eat legumes. soak them in warm water and leave 24 hours. then drain the water, rinse with warm water, and cover them with a towel soaked in warm water for 24 hours. when it's hot you may need to change the water more often.

the legumes will sprout, which makes the nutrients more bioavailable and reduces acidity (meat is very acid). every time you make sabjee use something different. you'll get all your protein plus many other nutrients from this.

like i said before, i've been vegetarian 8 years, i'm a good cook,

i cook for 1 hundred peoples in hare krishna ashramas

in france england and italy.

i now ow to make vegetarian pakora samosa laddhu puri chapati chawal upma subji halwa laddu pickles chutneys pizzas urid , graham and others dalls whit massala chopped tomatoes and coriander lives.

yoghurt and cheese, parathas etc etc etc.

i do not ask ow to be vegetarian,

i ask if a good sikh can eat fish , eggs, poultry,

lambs, etc etc.

or not.

wats its allowed and whats its completly forbidden.

Just a question I can't find answer.

Any limitations to eat meat???

Punjab dishes are often based on fish, chicken and lamb meat.

But I understand, for people living near ocean fishing its natural,

And for farmer, they grow poultry,

And still I understand, shepherd grow lambs

But today growing and killing of animals its obscene,

For supermarkets and nonsense

Burger fast food..

I don't think killing and heating of cow

It's allowed by yours,

I'm be pure vegetarian 8 years,

But after marriage and son,

Sometime I've eating meat

And I'm afraid I'm sinful.

Did you now own growing and killing

Of animals like poultry, cows pigs and horses go on in western country???

I am sorry my friend but i think you are mixing Sikhi with hinduism and its countless offshoots. If you do a little bit of reading on our wonderful way of life you will realise our Guru Sahibs have elevated us above and beyond all the stuff you have mentioned above (ISKON, AGHORIS, etc etc). A good starting point would be to do a quick wiki on us:

its my highest remenbering.

i went on amritsar , but the golden temple not allow me to visit it.

political war was goin on.

if i wrote about my passed life ,

its just for explain , i'm not a tourist.

i'have search myself and thruth in bhuddism , hynduism, cristianism, zharathusra,

taoism, zen, sufism, islam, jainism and sikhism.

allright, my fascinations for ascetics sects will not help my to realise enythings,

but, i feel my death very near, and if i was alone, no doubt,

i will become ascetic or leave life.

but i'have my son so i still alive.

so i have to present myself,

i'm italian,

birhtv in napoli 1954.

i do not found the answers to mi quest in my cattolics educations ,

so i go search out and i discover evry human in evry country in the world

need to now way birth and death attend us.

i went to india two times coming from rajastan to bengal

jaipur, dheli, mathura, vrindaban (radhacunda gobardhan etc...) allahabad madras, calcutta, mayapuri,

but not answers to my quest.

hindu brahamans and sadhu and gurus only poor answers and no question allowed.

SIK and JAINS furtemore ear my questions and try to answers

and never demand for money,

and give my food and hope.
