Did anyone see the footage on Channel 4 news this evening. It showed some black guy on the pavement having had the shyte kicked out of him by Singhs outside the Soho Rd Gurdwara. Apparently he had driven past and sworn at the Singhs protecting the Gurdwara.

Firstly, iv got to say... iv been unfortunate enough to watch aka amazing, and his vids hav some level of gandh in it wich isnt right for gursikhs to wach/listen to.

And secondly, jusreign may help 'promote' sikhi here and ther, but ther r things that r just not ryt. Like that video where he goes and sees a big mela and ther are panjabi songs being played and he says hes never seen this before and found it odd (at wich point i thought, at least he knows its wrong, because that the impression he gave wen he sed that) but next thing u knw he starts supporting backstage!

You get all sorts of amritdhari people. Some are very good , some are ok and some are very bad. Even in normal life i cant fully trust what people say about others until i have seen it with my own eyes. You may get another guy in the neighbourhood who thinks the amritdhari person is decent. These are just a matter of peoples opinion. Now back to the questions im not an amritdhari but even i can answer those questions.

1. The guys isnt going to start handing out leaflets and go door to door to explain what he is wearing that is stupid - if somebody asks him im sure he can explain.

It's definitely you. The Palestinians have been kicked out of Israel, just like Sikhs were kicked out of Pakistan. The Jews who created Israel knew that they needed their own country to avoid another Holocaust and so that they could not have to act like adoopted children in someone else's country. Sikhs in India arent being expelled like Palestinians were but face being annihilated by India, one way or another, just like Jews feared that they may face another Holocaust somewhere in the West.

Would you say that Pro-khalistani supporters should technically support Palestine or not ?? - It still doesnt make sense to support Israel who treat the palestinian people living in their country like dirt just the way india treats or treated sikhs in the 80s and 90s.

The reason those pro-Khalistani Sikhs are also pro-Israel is because Israel is always on Palestines (Muslims) case. Its a classic case of "The enemy of my enemy is my friend". Although you do have to wonder what the Palestinians have done to harm the aforementioned pro-Khalistan Sikhs - I guess they justify their hate probably because the Palestinians are Muslims I guess.

Since we have already started the discussion about Jews, one thing that i have found strange is that most of the pro khalistani sikhs i know are also very pro israeli as it would make sense to compare the plight of the sikhs in india with the plight of palestinians in israel and gaza ,as they are kind of in a similar situation with the same goals.... but maybe its just me.

Quite a lot of the Jews you listed there arent actually that religious - they were just born into a jewish family so maybe that could be another reason.

Anyways my opinion is that external parchaar is good, you claim that external parchaar shouldnt be used as the 3HO sikhs have given you a bad taste when in fact our religion was created with external parchaar.

My dad asked me to go with him to see Manpreet Singh Badal's speech today, at first I was hesitant because I hate the name Badal, but to be fair he was kicked out of the party and I wanted to see what he had to say. I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw and heard, he was a very straightforward individual and seemed to be the change we are looking for.

I want everyone to attend one of his speeches if he comes to your area (even if you have to drive a little more than usual) and go and decide for yourself. I don't need to tell anyone about the condition of Punjab right now. What we need is unity and pure devotion to tackle this problem and that is what I saw when i heard the speeches today. I saw quite a few Singhs there, one group in particular that shouted out a lot of jakaray.

My honest analysis of the situation that led up to kicking Manpreet : Manpreet started the process to half the debt of Punjab completely or at the very least by 50% by going to Delhi and putting forth the demands. The two thugs parkash and sukhbir both realized that Manpreet is far more intelligent, honest, well spoken and can appeal to the masses. This planted a fear that in the future Manpreet will take over and put Sukhbir's thuggary out of business.

If Manpreet was a bad person, he would have stayed quiet, corrupt and became a "chamcha" of parkash and sukhbir and enjoyed a pompous life.

Many people not born into sikhi find it difficult with pronouncing Gurmukhi so when reading bani its not pronounced correct.
