Well if u do GCSE Biology uLL figure out this is just wot u learn... but in a server! its a mateer of probability and the genes (if ones superior to the other if u get me) lyk the Brown eyes gene is stronger than non-brown eye, but black hair gene is weaker then non-black hair gene.
