one day she went work with keski on, and goreh started sayin whats that on yo head, man take it of.. u look nicer with ya hair out etc... it got to her, and one day she thought, yeh u no wa, allow it.. she took it of and let her hair down.. but when she got home she wasnt happy and wasnt sure why she took it of, jst to make others happy.

Well.. its the BASE of Sikhi. So powerful it can hold the whole SIkh philosophy in only that many words. These words generalise everything about Waheguru.

IK ONGKAAR itself should be pronounced slowly, by using nose mouth and stomach... all 3! try it. IK wid mouth, ONG thru ur nose and KAAR thrue stomach (if u get wot i min on the last 1). That just made the main parts of ur body pure. WAHEGURU!!

No other matra lyk mool mantra and gurmantra. The more i try 2 praise the words, wid my lil mind, the more i need!
