Paji- the Gurughar President has approved one coach to take the sangat from Smethwick. I repeatedly advised him about how much sangat there will be from South Birmingham also wishing to go via Smethwick let alone local sangat but he has not changed his stance. So i've asked Tividale Gurughar to take their minibus via Smethwick as well and hope that the President learns from the experience of June and this coming Sunday 

If you believe there should be more coaches booked (I did ask earlier for other youth to ring/approach the President) there is still time to book more if you politely request for them to do so- the Gurughar phone number is 0121 558 2527

My advice for Sunday - be there 9.30am SHARP

Neways, out of interest, how much can it possibly cost to do a coach to london roughly?? I've always wondered why the Gurdwara commitee is so fussy about! Afterall, it is at these kind of events where the Gurdwara's should spend some of the sangats money!!! Yeh - does ne1 know the cost per coach roughly, jus wondering lol

Also, is there only ONE coach goin? because im sure they had more for the june hyde park rally and even then every1 just about made it to go, unless im mistaken and theres more goin or somethin....i know the youth down there try their best with everything though (.....and theres no words to describe how much the "commitee" do and the effort they put into panthic events - wow - too much - not)

Don't know if anybody else has had this but sometimes during Nitnem I've said odd random things

Only today during Chapuai Sahib da paat I said something like "yeah this is how it is." Sometimes I start reading the wrong bani whilst doing another!. Especially the So Dar's in JapuJi and Rehraas Sahib - can get mixed up if your not paying attention.

During Rehraas once when it came to Chaupai Sahib I began the Ardaas

Worst still is sometimes going silent for a couple of minutes without realising and then trying to find out where I was. I think this mostly happens when i feel a bit tired or have had a very warm ishnaan!

Anybody else have any experiences to share?

If they are - and they are part of the morning Nitnem for an Amritdhari Sikh - then what do them sikhs who do not believe in Dasam Bani read in the morning? - Do they still read these bani's??

I think this event should be.....hmm whats the word - advertised....not quite....but u know what i mean lol........ as much as possible like the 2004 Hyde Park one - As soon as possible - because the earlier people start to find out the better it will be and the bigger the turn out. Like the posters in all Gurdwara's and Radio Announcements should start ASAP!!! The aim should be that everyone - well all the youth anyways, should have heard about this at least one week before it takes place - ie by 2 weeks from today - As much people as possible. (obviously its up to them to turn up and take part or not afterwards themselves).
