Ah, okay, now I understand. Thank you. I do not remember all the videos so I don't remember that particular thing. I do remember talking about effective communication and that when communication is blocked, you can press the tip of your little finger to your thumb to stimulate the part of your brain involved in speech, communication and listening. This technology of how pressure on nerves affects brain and behavior pre-dates the vedas, so it has been understood and used for a very long time. Long before Siri Guru Granth Sahib Ji was given to us.

You are craving sweets because your protein intake is too low. Now that you have stopped eating meat you need to add more protein to your diet. Yoghurt, almonds and daal are all good sources.
