  1. This cannot be to lose weight (charbi). This is to bulk up, gaining more muscle. There are several factors that have to be taken into consideration before the exercise plan. Example: How much do you weigh? whats your body fat? do you lift weights? When you get all these things, you can then workout what your calorie requirements are and how much needs to be decreased in accordance to the exercise your doing. As a veg person myself, i eat Banana, Protein Powder (in water) (avoid using milk as its fatty), Almonds, Broccili, Potatoes, Brown rice, wheat bread, Apple, Cherry Tomatoes, Kali Daal, Chickpeas. Oatmeal and Tofu
  2. Hi everyone, My mother and i have been looking for a shabad which has no existance on the internet. However, it gets played on the Punjabi radio occasionally. I managed to capture a tiny bit of the Shabad and uploaded it on my server. Please dont be afraid to download or listen online. it would be GREAT if someone finds me the name, the link of where i can purchase it.
